Mr. Nilang Vaidya, Partner, Sanskrut Group

One of the first directors of the Group and a member of the Board since 2008, Nilang Vaidya entered in the construction field in 1996.

Nilang graduated in Civil Engineering from LD College of Engineering and did his post-grad in structural design from CEPT, Ahmedabad.

During his graduation term, a life changing opportunity to deploy consultancy services in Petrochemical industries, real estate infrastructure sector came his way and with looking no further for employment; he plunged into running his own consultancy.His aim of constructing impressive shelters is being gradually realized in the form of the Sanskrut Group.



Mr. Ankit Salva,Partner, Sanskrut Group

A commerce graduate, Ankit Salva has over 11 years of ample experience in infrastructure and real estate. It was in 2002, he took his first big step of forming M/s Ankit Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, with little experience and abundant confidence.

Ankit started his journey by building an office space in North Gujarat, later he moved on to creating commercial and residential township in Kadi and now he is involved in building premium spaces in Ahmedabad under different projects.

Since last 6 years, Ankit is also serving as Managing Director in his family business run under the name of “M/s Race Motors Pvt Ltd”. The company is authorised 3S dealer in Suzuki Motorcycles (India) and Ashok Leyland Industrial Engines.Ankit is dedicated on realising his dream of erecting green and sustainable edifices and he is working relentlessly on it.

Tushar Dalal, holding masters from USA, is the director of the Sanskrut Group, the Ahmedabad based influential real estate company.

Being the head of his family business of Dyes and Chemicals for almost 4 decades now, Tushar Dalal has devotedly worked on Stemcyte over the past 5 years.
